Megan Major is a licensed real estate professional proudly based in the East Islip office of Howard Hanna | Coach Realtors. Growing up in a family rooted in real estate and construction, Megan developed a strong passion for the industry early on. She later gained hands-on experience as a manager’s assistant and front desk administrator across multiple Coach Realtors branches, deepening her knowledge of real estate operations and client service.
Megan is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Commercial Entrepreneurship and graduated magna cum laude. She will begin her Master’s in Real Estate at NYU in Fall 2025, with a focus on expanding her expertise in both residential and commercial real estate.
A proud Long Island native, Megan offers in-depth local market knowledge in communities such as East Islip, Oakdale, Northport, Farmingdale, and Kismet. She is known for her work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering a smooth, informed, and personalized experience for every client.
Outside of real estate, Megan is actively involved in philanthropic efforts, including Prevent Child Abuse America, Dance Marathon, and Relay for Life. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and baking.
